Returns Policy

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that; The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, The product is not a clearance or promotional item, You provide a valid proof of purchase and You have obtained prior authorization from our support team.  Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or incorrect

To initiate a return; Contact our Customer Support team or send a WhatsApp to +27 78 273 63100;  Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.  Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return authorization number and the return shipping address

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.  Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order through our website

If you receive a damaged or defective item; [Contact Us] within 48 hours of delivery, Include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the nature of the issue

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of; Opened or used products, Perishable items and clearance items marked as “final sale”

We welcome international customers from Europe, the Middle East, the USA, and the rest of Africa. Please note that; Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and international logistics
